It is easy 5 stars. The day was perfect! Ricardo is a natural guide and knows the island perfectly. The guide showed us everything in Sete Citades and more. This tour is the best time spend in here so far. I am so happy that me and my girlfriend had a chance to see this island with a guide like Ricardo. Ricardo is a native son of the Azores, and his knowledge of and love for his homeland are incredible. Our group of 13 was treated like treasured family. He not only knows everything about the island, but also it seems he knows every PERSON as well. His English is excellent, his attention to detail first-rate, and his care and concern for his clients are brilliant! Easy to recommend when someone is as good as he is.

A very personalized and complete touring experience! Not only that they know about usual beaten path places but they'll take you to some beautiful spots that (almost) nobody knows about. And you feel like part of a group of friends that wander around for fun and joy. Definitely strongly recommend!!!

5 star? More like 10.000 stars!! Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic guide, and gave us a custom tour of the west side of the island after our previous tour was fogged out the day before. As unpredictable as the fog may be, Ricardo stayed on top of the weather alerts and we were able to adjust our departure time to arrive at Sete Cidades just in time for the fog to clear, and it turned out to be a marvelous day! The views, the sights, the stories - all absolutely fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Ricardo I want to tell you how much I appreciate what you have done for us. The sights of Sao Miguel are beautiful without doubt but it is the way it was delivered to us that makes all the difference! Your patience, the care and comfort that was provided is priceless.
